U.S. orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Standard shipping is $3 for orders under $50, and orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Products must be unused and returned in their original condition with all included components. Customers are responsible for return shipping for preference-based returns, while Chanho covers reasonable return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. No restocking fee applies.
