These Terms of Service govern your use of chanho.shop and any purchase made from Chanho. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Online Store
Chanho sells home decorative accents, miniature scene decorations, seasonal ornaments, and related decorative crafts.
Our products are manufactured in China. Orders for customers in the United States are fulfilled and shipped by our U.S. logistics partner.
You must provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, and payment information when placing an order.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, materials, colors, dimensions, images, prices, and package contents.
Because many products are small decorative crafts, slight differences in color, texture, wood grain, finish, or measurements may occur.
Product images may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, miniature products are decorative items and are not full-size furniture or children’s toys.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown during checkout before payment is completed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors. If an error affects an order, we will contact the customer before fulfillment and provide the option to continue or cancel the order.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.
4. Orders
After an order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may cancel or limit an order if:
- The product is unavailable
- Payment cannot be verified
- The shipping address is incomplete or unsupported
- The order appears fraudulent
- Product or pricing information contains a material error
If we cancel a paid order, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address errors, or events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
